I presenti Termini di Servizio («Termini») regolano l'uso dell'applicazione Zeni («l'App»), un servizio di finanza personale fornito da Tommaso Cerreti (sviluppatore indipendente, «il Fornitore»). Usando l'App accetti questi Termini. Se non li accetti, non usare l'App.
Beta gratuita. Le condizioni d'abbonamento (prezzo, rinnovo, disdetta) non sono qui: verranno col paywall, dopo la beta.
1.Cos'è Zeni
Zeni è uno strumento che ti aiuta a organizzare le tue finanze personali: entrate, uscite, obiettivi di risparmio, budget. I tuoi dati vivono sul tuo dispositivo e vengono sincronizzati sul nostro server per essere disponibili su tutti i tuoi dispositivi. Il trattamento dei dati è descritto nella Privacy Policy, che è parte integrante di questi Termini.
2.Zeni non è consulenza finanziaria
Zeni è uno strumento di organizzazione, non un servizio di consulenza finanziaria, di investimento, fiscale o legale. Le informazioni mostrate hanno scopo esclusivamente informativo e organizzativo. Le decisioni sulle tue finanze restano tue: il Fornitore non è responsabile delle scelte che prendi sulla base dell'App.
3.Requisiti per l'uso
- Devi avere almeno 14 anni.
- Per usare l'App crei un account con la tua email; l'accesso avviene tramite codice OTP inviato via email.
- Sei responsabile di mantenere riservato l'accesso alla tua email e all'account, e delle attività svolte tramite il tuo account.
4.La beta: servizio in evoluzione
L'App è offerta in versione beta e gratuita. Questo significa che:
- Il servizio è in continua evoluzione: funzioni possono cambiare, essere aggiunte o rimosse.
- Possono verificarsi interruzioni, errori o indisponibilità temporanee.
- Ti invitiamo a esportare periodicamente i tuoi dati per tenerne una copia tua.
5.I tuoi dati e i tuoi contenuti
- I dati che inserisci restano tuoi. Il Fornitore non ne acquisisce la proprietà.
- Per erogare il servizio (salvataggio, sincronizzazione, assistenza) ci autorizzi al trattamento tecnico strettamente necessario dei tuoi dati, nei limiti della Privacy Policy.
- Puoi esportare i tuoi dati e eliminare l'account (con i dati sul server) in ogni momento.
6.Uso consentito
Ti impegni a non:
- usare l'App per scopi illeciti o in violazione di legge;
- tentare di accedere ad aree o dati non tuoi, o di compromettere la sicurezza del servizio;
- decompilare, disassemblare o effettuare reverse engineering dell'App, salvo nei limiti consentiti dalla legge;
- sovraccaricare o interferire con l'infrastruttura.
7.Proprietà intellettuale
L'App, il nome «Zeni», il logo, la grafica e il software sono di proprietà del Fornitore o dei suoi licenzianti. Questi Termini ti danno un diritto d'uso personale, non esclusivo e non trasferibile dell'App; non ti trasferiscono alcun diritto sul software o sul marchio.
8.Pagamenti
La beta è gratuita. In futuro potranno essere introdotte funzioni a pagamento: le relative condizioni (prezzo, rinnovo, disdetta) saranno comunicate e accettate separatamente, prima di qualsiasi addebito, e gestite tramite lo store (Apple / Google).
9.Limitazione di responsabilità
Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, l'App è fornita «così com'è», senza garanzie di assenza di errori o di continuità del servizio. Il Fornitore non è responsabile per perdite di dati, mancati guadagni o danni indiretti derivanti dall'uso o dall'impossibilità di usare l'App. Nulla in questi Termini esclude le responsabilità che non possono essere escluse per legge (es. dolo o colpa grave, diritti del consumatore).
10.Sospensione e cessazione
Puoi smettere di usare l'App e eliminare l'account in ogni momento. Il Fornitore può sospendere o cessare il servizio, o l'accesso di un utente che violi questi Termini, dandone comunicazione quando possibile.
11.Modifiche ai Termini
Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini. In caso di modifiche rilevanti aggiorneremo la data in alto e avviseremo gli utenti (in-app o via email). L'uso continuato dopo la modifica vale come accettazione.
12.Legge applicabile e foro
Questi Termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per le controversie è competente il foro di Roma, fatti salvi i fori inderogabili previsti a tutela del consumatore.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Zeni application ("the App"), a personal finance service provided by Tommaso Cerreti (independent developer, "the Provider"). By using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
Free beta. Subscription conditions (price, renewal, cancellation) are not here: they will come with the paywall, after the beta.
1.What Zeni is
Zeni is a tool that helps you organise your personal finances: income, expenses, savings goals, budgets. Your data lives on your device and is synchronised to our server so it is available on all your devices. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
2.Zeni is not financial advice
Zeni is an organisation tool, not a financial, investment, tax or legal advisory service. The information shown is for information and organisation purposes only. Decisions about your finances remain yours: the Provider is not responsible for the choices you make based on the App.
3.Requirements for use
- You must be at least 14 years old.
- To use the App you create an account with your email; access happens through an OTP code sent by email.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your email and account confidential, and for the activities carried out through your account.
4.The beta: a service in evolution
The App is offered in a free beta version. This means that:
- The service is continuously evolving: features may change, be added or removed.
- Temporary interruptions, errors or unavailability may occur.
- We encourage you to export your data periodically to keep your own copy.
5.Your data and your content
- The data you enter remains yours. The Provider does not acquire ownership of it.
- To provide the service (saving, synchronisation, support) you authorise us to carry out the strictly necessary technical processing of your data, within the limits of the Privacy Policy.
- You can export your data and delete your account (with the data on the server) at any time.
6.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for unlawful purposes or in breach of the law;
- attempt to access areas or data that are not yours, or to compromise the security of the service;
- decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the App, except within the limits permitted by law;
- overload or interfere with the infrastructure.
7.Intellectual property
The App, the name "Zeni", the logo, the graphics and the software are owned by the Provider or its licensors. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the App; they do not transfer to you any right over the software or the trademark.
8.Payments
The beta is free. In the future, paid features may be introduced: the relevant conditions (price, renewal, cancellation) will be communicated and accepted separately, before any charge, and handled through the store (Apple / Google).
9.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is", without warranties of freedom from errors or of continuity of the service. The Provider is not liable for loss of data, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. wilful misconduct or gross negligence, consumer rights).
10.Suspension and termination
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. The Provider may suspend or terminate the service, or the access of a user who breaches these Terms, giving notice where possible.
11.Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. In the event of material changes we will update the date at the top and notify users (in-app or by email). Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
12.Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes, the courts of Rome have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdictions provided to protect consumers.
